Where are the bags made?

Our leather bags are handcrafted in Portugal & Turkey. We work with experienced artisans who use traditional techniques to create high-quality bags that will last for years.

What kind of leather do you use?

We use different types of leather, depending on the bag style and design. We only use high-quality, full-grain leather, which is the most durable and natural type of leather. Our leather is ethically sourced, and we do not use any animal skins that are endangered or protected.

Why are the bags so expensive 

Our bags are made with premium materials and are crafted by skilled artisans, which adds to their value. We prioritise quality over quantity, that's why we only have limited supply of our bags relation to the demand for it. Because the bags are one of a kind and more difficult to obtain they add in valuable. But we believe that investing in a quality, one of a kind and timeless design leather bag is a smart choice in the long run.

What is the average lifespan of one of your bags?

The lifespan of our bags depends on how well they are cared for and the amount of use they receive. With proper care and maintenance, our bags can last for many years, even decades. We recommend using leather conditioner to keep the leather moisturised and protected from the elements.

How often do you restock your inventory?

All of our bags are made in limited quantities per collection, and once they sell out, they might not be restocked. We recommend checking our website regularly or signing up for our new drop to be notified of any restocks.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our store. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return and refund policy. Here are the details:

Returns:

  • You may return any product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided that the product is unused and in its original condition.

  • Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return policy criteria.

  • If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Please note that refunds may take additional time to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the item.

  • Upon receipt of the damaged or defective item, we will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
